How to Redeem Points:
Redeem Points for rewards by simply following the steps below. Each reward provided will be accommodated with a specific amount of earned points required in order to redeem those rewards.

Click “Redeem” on the home screen

Select one of our awesome gift certificate or prizes in which your earn points account has enough points to redeem that prize.

After submitting your choice of gift certificate or prize, a confirmation screen will be displayed on your phone and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email to show the prizes you have successfully redeemed.

Please allow five (5) business days to process your redemption reward.
After User redeems points and receives a confirmation email, please allow five (5) full business days to process your redemption reward. Go to Alpha Insurers Hagatna Office second floor administrative desk to pick up redeemed reward(s). Prizes redeemed must be picked up at Alpha Insurers Hagatna Office thirty (30) calendar days after redemption. All prizes unclaimed and the points used for redeeming those prizes thirty (30) calendar days after redemption will be forfeited. Conditions apply. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If redemptions are made over holidays, please call 477-8701 to schedule day and time to pick up reward(s).
